Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue and are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, nor used to purchase additional vouchers. Vouchers must be
presented at the time of the appointment and are redeemable against treatments or packages only, not for retail products unless otherwise specified.
Please note: lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Extensions beyond the expiry date are considered only under exceptional circumstances and are subject to management
discretion.
